Our menu is led solely through a nine piece flash sheet by Tim Shelton of Still Life Tattoo, with each piece interpreted through mixology by Midnight Oil and gastronomy by Brown Butter Boys. Each course reveals itself in order, carrying the same structure, restraint, and precision as the process that inspired it.
