Art of Nesting Series: 2 – Making Nesting Balls

A two-part North Pine neighborhood series of free events hosted at Pine Avenue favorites, Rose Park Roasters and Saints and Sinners Bakeshop. Gather your flock or fly solo to one or both of these community and art making events.
On July 18, we’ll paint birdhouses that will decorate the trees along Pine Avenue and provide shelter for our local nesting birds. Our palette of natural earthtones will attract attention, but not from predators. NOTE: One ticket ticket reservation equals one birdhouse. If you are partnering with a friend, family, or group to paint one birdhouse, get one ticket.
On August 1, we’ll make nesting balls using natural materials that birds can use to make their new houses into homes. Each participant will make up to three nesting balls that will be displayed in the trees along Pine Avenue. NOTE: One ticket reservation equals one participant. If you are attending with a friend, family, or group get one ticket for each participant.
