Treat Yourself Out(side): a conversation that bridges wellness x EJ

We all enjoy getting outside, but it’s not the easiest for any of our communities; whether it’s due to the grind of making it out here, competing responsibilities, past traumas, or we don’t even know where to start. Instead of letting the challenges get in the way, let’s talk about it so we know how to better navigate through them. Let’s make the intention of getting outside more for the well-being of ourselves and the Earth.
Join Ariel Dela Cruz for her workshop, Treat Yourself Out(side): a conversation that bridges wellness x environmental justice. Discuss the challenges of getting outside, the underlying environmental and social injustices within our communities, and explore how you can incorporate more wellness into your routine as a form of radical self-care.
Half of the workshop is for insights and knowledge, and the other half is dedicated to conversations to hear each other’s perspectives and stories. We will also have time to brainstorm a routine that works for you to get outside more.
