Seeds of Resilience: The Story of Long Beach commemorates America’s 250th by honoring Long Beach’s diverse living histories through art, cultural performances, and interactive community history projects. The free event will also feature items from the city’s 1976 Bicentennial time capsule and opportunities for residents to share their own memories and connections to Long Beach.
Join us Tuesday, September 22 from 2–7 p.m. at Civic Center Plaza for this free community event celebrating the stories that have shaped Long Beach across generations.
