This isn’t a sit-down dinner. Think cocktail party on the Pacific — roam freely between decks, graze at self-serve stations, champagne in hand, watching golden hour unfold over open water. Sunset hits around 7:50 PM while you’re out on the ocean. After that, the Long Beach skyline lights up for the return. Two completely different kinds of beautiful in one cruise.
What Every Mom Gets at Boarding: A glass of sparkling rosé, handed to her by name. A single-stem rose. And her evening officially begins. Kids receive sparkling cider.
