El Descanso: Yoga at MOLAA

El Descanso is an invitation to pause and remember that rest is not something you earn; it is something you deserve.
This weekly 1-hour restorative yoga experience weaves together breathing techniques, guided meditation, and a gentle yoga flow. A nurturing container you can return to again and again. Each class opens with its own intention, a seed planted at the start that blooms through breath, movement, and stillness.
El Descanso is a resting place for your body, your mind, and your creative spirit. A sacred space to come home to yourself, regulate your nervous system, and unlock something deeper: your creativity, your voice, your power.
All levels welcome. Please bring your own mat.
