Concert for a Cause – The Good Pawject’s Charity Concert for Animal Rescue

The Good Pawject: Concert for a Cause is a live music fundraiser bringing together Long Beach’s local music community and animal rescue organizations for an afternoon and evening of music, community, and giving back. Taking place at At The Top in Downtown Long Beach, the event will feature a diverse lineup of Southern California bands spanning indie, pop, emo and punk, showcasing the vibrant local music scene.
All proceeds will benefit local animal rescue efforts through The Little Lion Foundation and Hollywood Huskies, helping provide lifesaving care and resources for homeless and abandoned cats and dogs throughout Southern California. Attendees will also have opportunities to support rescue through a silent auction, merchandise, donations, and a pet supply drive. There will also be a rock-themed pinup pageant as part of the show!
The event is designed to bring people into Downtown Long Beach for an energetic, all-ages community event while highlighting local musicians, businesses, and nonprofit organizations. By combining live entertainment with a meaningful charitable cause, The Good Pawject aims to create a fun and accessible way for the community to support animal rescue and make a direct impact on pets in need.
The event takes place Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at At The Top, 105 W Broadway, Long Beach. The event is sponsored by the Port of Long Beach.
