We’ll walk at a comfortable\, steady pace and cover about 2 miles in around an hour\, a nice start to your morning. \nWe’ll do quick get-to-know-you intros for the first 5 minutes (up to 10 minutes if we have a bigger group)\, then we’ll head out no later than 7:05–7:10 AM. Yes\, 7 AM — please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time. \nWe’ll walk on the sand by the water if conditions allow.
